Coding worklist

Clinical notes come in. An agent (gemini-3.7-flash) proposes ICD-10-CM and CPT codes, each with a verbatim quote from the note. A coder accepts, rejects or edits every proposal. The rules engine will not let a claim finalize with an Excludes1 conflict, a header code, an E/M missing modifier 25, or an unreviewed suggestion.
